[Clipart] OpenOffice.org Clipart

As I said, I'm not a core OO.o person. As I understand it, not SVG at  
the moment (although I would expect a scripted conversion to an  
appropriate format would be possible and so not a massive issue).

I think there are already templates projects and I think the focus of  
this project should be widely useable clipart.
