[SCIM] Help getting scim to run on Debian

Please don't use zh_CN.gb2312. Use zh_CN or zh_CN.GBK instead. Official XFree86
4.3.0 has a bug in supporting zh_CN.gb2312 locale.

And you may ignore the socket server error and the unknown attr error.
