With no replies, I am targetting xlibs 1.0.1 to happen before 2359 AEST,
Mon 12th April (Easter Monday).

If xkbdesc is in any way suitable for release, it'll make it; the other
new modules will definitely make it. All modules will be run through
srcdir==builddir and srcdir!=builddir tests first.
