RFE: Add some font encodings, mainly for better locale support and Solaris compatibility (for example: "suneu-greek" is only used in Solaris right now to support the Euro-symbol).

Created attachment 140 [details] [review] Adding UNDEFINE lines to make mkfontscale happy - patch for 2004-03-14-trunk As usual I forgot that mkfontscale needs the UNDEFINE statement set to something usefull, otherwise the added encodings are not correctly recognised. The patch fixes that. Mea culpa. ;-/
