Mhhh... support for MIT-SHM shared pixmaps would be very difficult...

Xnest is crappy and old, and nobody writes patches for it anymore except to 
fix silly things like includes to prevent it from breaking the build. We 
should port Xephyr to the X.org DDX and let Xnest die a slow, painful death.
