Equipment: Old 533MHZ HP with i810 graphics

Xorg returns 0 even for failed start. This breaks the 'xorgsetup' script
and many other config scripts/programs. Problem has only been seen on 6.8.1
(6.7.0 works correctly).

Packages used were from Slackware-current. After encountering problem, I
grabbed the source code and compiled for myself -- same result!

Also, manual config does not seem to support the same Depth/Modes as 6.7.0.
Don't know if this is related or another bug.

Are you suffering from the same issue with a current version of xorg?

I'm closing this bug due to the lack of activity. If the problem still persists
