Description Denis Barbier 2004-10-08 15:25:40 UTC
Canadian keyboard layout is normalized, but current ca(multi)
has few differences:
* http://www.autoroute.gouv.qc.ca/publica/clavier/faq.htm#maximum
  (only in French) explains where dead keys are located.
* http://www.autoroute.gouv.qc.ca/publica/clavier/photo/definition/clavier1.jpg
  has a nice screenshot.
Patch follows.
